Research Interests

My research focuses on operational innovation and coordination in healthcare settings with the goal of generating impact on operations, policy, and outcomes.   Using both analytical and empirical modelling techniques, I investigate how the impact of operational innovations is determined by the coordination, or lack thereof, in the joint responses of policy makers, payors, providers, and patients.
