My research focuses on operational innovation and coordination in healthcare settings with the goal of generating impact on operations, policy, and outcomes. Using both analytical and empirical modelling techniques, I investigate the impact of operational innovations and how this is influenced by the coordination, or lack thereof, in the joint responses of policy makers, payors, providers, and patients.
